About "Puzzlegate"
Escape from Puzzlegate is a visual novel/puzzle game hybrid built with both the Ren'py scripting system and Pygame.
The game is intended for children ages 7-10, but can also appeal to adults with it's cute charm and higher difficulty levels.
The player takes control of Ken, a young boy faced with the task of collecting 4 magical keys to open the mysterious "Puzzlegate", a door that separates him from his home. This is accomplished by solving puzzles and helping a cast of unique and colorful characters along the way.
The goal of Puzzlegate is to be simple, short, but engaging- with charming characters and puzzles that are easy to pick up and play (and even replay!).
